Success Story

John D. came to Franklin-Simpson Nursing and Rehab in early June for rehabilitation to be able to return to assisted living. John was using a wheelchair for mobility due to decreased strength, activity tolerance, and balance. John has worked hard with occupational and physical therapy to reach all his goals. He is now able to walk with a rolling walker independently and has plans to return to an assisted living facility in the near future.
