Welcome 2024 – A Letter from the Administrator

Hello Family and Friends and Happy New Year!

My name is Savannah Choate, and I am the new Administrator at Franklin-Simpson. I look forward to making positive changes and serving the residents in our community. My family and I recently moved from Nashville, TN to Logan County and have loved this area, KY truly is a beautiful place. I have been an administrator for 6 years and my number one goal is great patient care and quality of life. I have been married for 10 years and have two amazing kiddos. Outside of work I like to be outdoors and spend time with family. I know our community is a great place to live and I only hope to make it better as time goes on. I have an open-door policy so please stop in and see me anytime. I look forward to meeting everyone.
