National Skilled Nursing Care Week, formerly known as National Nursing Home Week, is one of the most important events of the year for nursing homes. Held annually since 1967 and always beginning on Mother’s Day. NSNCW will take place May 9-15, 2021, and the theme, “Together Through the Seasons,” will honor the collaborative commitment of skilled nursing care facilities and their staff in providing compassionate care to their residents during this unprecedented time.

We celebrate Nurses Week every year from May 6 to May 12 to shine a spotlight on the incredible nurses (registered nurses, nurse practitioners, LPNs, and others) across the country that have devoted their lives to the betterment of the lives of others.

Franklin Simpson Nursing and Rehabilitation will be hosting a Mother’s Day Lunch, Friends and Family must RSVP due to covid-19 restriction.
