Short-Term Therapy Success

Ms. T. has been a resident here for almost 3 years. In August she was referred to therapy due to frequent falls in her room. She was evaluated by Occupational Therapy and received rehabilitation for roughly 4 weeks. Ms. T participated in skilled services to improve her strength, stability, ability to propel her wheelchair, and had adaptations done to her chair. With her continued efforts and compliance to receive rehab, Ms. T has progressed well over these few weeks. Ms. T. was discharged from OT services with all her goals met and has not had any more falls.
