Resident of the Month: Anita W.

Our “Featured Resident of the Month” is Anita W. During her time here with us at Franklin-Simpson Nursing and Rehabilitation, she has been a continuous ray of sunshine in the lives of both her fellow residents and our staff. She recently was the recipient of “The Sweetheart Award”, which was given to her at our annual Homecoming Celebration on May 1st. Anita has often been known to color pictures for other residents, staff members and children of staff members to brighten their day and let them know that she is thinking of them. Anita is truly a blessing to all of us; because of Anita, the words, “Hey, Baby-girl, can I give you a hug?” have become cherished in our facility, reminding our staff and our residents that, here at Franklin-Simpson, we truly are family.
