Employee of the Month

If there is one staff member that every resident at Franklin-Simpson knows and loves, it’s Ms. Rita! Rita has worked in the kitchen here at Franklin-Simpson for many years, and she is now the dayshift weekday cook. She takes pride in everything she cooks and after serving lunch, is known to make her way out into the dining room to check on the resident’s satisfaction with the meal she prepared. Even our staff lines up for her famous chili! We are so blessed to have Ms. Rita as part of our team here at Franklin-Simpson and we hope she continues to cook up good food and good feelings in our kitchen for many years to come!
