Therapy Success Story

This month we’d like to recognize Connie H. for her success in therapy. She admitted to our facility in a wheelchair, unable to walk, and needing maximum assistance. Our team of Therapists worked diligently with her until she was able to walk independently again. She discharged to her home in May without any assistive devices. Way to go, Connie!
