Employee of the Year

Franklin Simpson Nursing & Rehab would like to recognize Dawn Rust as our 2020 Employee of the Year. Dawn is extremely hard working, flexible and dedicated to her job. Dawn is our Central Supply Clerk, Scheduler, and a CNA. She wears many hats and is excellent at all of them. Her work ethic is impressive, but her attitude is just as wonderful. She always has a positive attitude and desire to help. Dawn truly cares about the residents, and her co-workers. Thank you, Dawn for everything you do for the facility. You are one of a kind!
