Employee of the Month

Blake Mallard is a fantastic employee that goes above and beyond for our residents and his coworkers! Blake is a CNA here at the facility. Often times he is picking up extra shifts, assisting our central supply in getting supplies stocked on the floor and more! We are so grateful that he chooses to work here at Franklin Simpson Nursing & Rehab. He is a real asset to our team!
