Elana is December’s employee of the month, and it is well deserved! Elana is a CNA here at Franklin-Simpson Nursing & Rehab who has shown exceptional care and dedication to our residents every day she comes to work. She is also dependable as Elana is always willing to pick up a shift so the floor staff can have an easy day/night.
