A Letter from the Administrator

Dear Residents, Families, and Team, As we step into this new season together, I want to take a moment to reflect on the heart of our community — the people who fill these halls with warmth, kindness, and resilience. Every day, I see acts of compassion that remind me why our work matters: a nurse who takes an extra moment to listen, a resident who shares a smile that brightens the day, or a family member who brings laughter to a visit.
Our mission has always been more than care — it’s about creating a place where dignity, safety, and joy are part of daily life. This commitment shines through in everything we do, from the meals prepared with love to the activities designed to keep minds and hearts engaged. To our residents: thank you for trusting us with your care and for sharing your wisdom and stories.
To our families: thank you for your partnership, encouragement, and faith in our team.
And to our staff: thank you for showing up each day with dedication, skill, and compassion — you are the heartbeat of this home.
Together, we are building not just a facility, but a family. I am proud of what we’ve accomplished and excited about what lies ahead. Let’s continue to support one another and make Franklin Simpson Nursing and Rehab a place where everyone feels valued, respected, and loved.
With warm regards,
Crystal Patterson LNHA,
MSW, Administrator
